My first week trying this, on about day 5 now. Been feeling spacey, anxious, but also determined. Just got tired of waking up everyday feeling like shit. Coughing all the time, agitated. I only dipped for about 2 years now, and only once a day before bed. That could last for several hours though. Took me forever to realize why I was stressed to the gills throughout the day lol. Anyways just getting used to this site, glad to see all the people pumped to quit. Hoping I can be done for good.

Welcome Quantm.
First off, we don't hope here, we quit; one day at a time. Doesn't matter if you dipped for 2 years or 40; today is always a good day to quit. If you're serious about quitting, need to start posting roll call first thing in the morning. We call it WUPP; wake up, piss and post. Depending on what your actual quit day is will determine which group you are in. If day 1 was 23 June or before, you are in September 2019; otherwise you are in October 2019.
I hope to see you post roll tomorrow morning. This site provides all the support you need to beat it. Just focus on one day at a time and the days will add up.

Quantm01,
Glad to see you post roll with October. Being on roll is the most important part of the plan. Ruthless covered everything pretty well. Wake up, post your promise, keep your word for the day. It's as simple and as hard as that. If you didn't get to check out some of the info on the roll page I'll throw it in here as well. After 3 days the nicotine is out of your system so it's all mental from that point. I am 355 days quit today and have posted my promise every single day in The October 18' group. Everyone here has been or is going through what you are experiencing. That's why we help each other out, we all have your back. Anyone here will help you along the way, reach out, get some phone numbers. The accountability here is 2nd to none and it is what has helped keep thousands of people quit before us.
