My name is Aaron. I starting chewing 21 years ago! I quit 5 days ago and still feeling cravings pretty strong! Had day long headaches for the whole time I've quit! Anybody else experience this?

I agree with Razd's recomendation...masterbation and construction worker porn literally got me through my first month quit. Some people rely on sunflower seeds and fake mint dip, but whatever works...go for it.
Headaches are normal brother. It is worth it. I promise.

Check out this one post wonder. Plenty of good advice and help right outa the gate but post one and done - never hear from him again.
Unfortunately, this is a common occurrence.
Did you know that mice will starve to death (https://sciencenordic.com/addiction-denmark-neuroscience/mice-experiments-explain-how-addiction-changes-our-brains/1436634) to satisfy addiction?
Did you know that nicotine is a direct dopamine release? Even substances such as cocaine and heroin are indirect.
No wonder those relying on willpower and self sufficiency fail miserably.
If you're contemplating quitting - do us all a favor and research the addiction. Find out exactly what you're dealing with and then get some help and accountability.
Freedom is just lying in wait.
