Hi Everyone. I am a pretty typical hardcore long time addict. I have quit for a year or more before but have always relapsed. I'm trying to make it real this time before my teeth fall out or my face falls off. I'm starting day 2 now and struggling with a lot more rage than I remember the last times I tried to quit.

Hey RT,
I was in your situation, dipped for over 30 years other that a couple of stoppages, one for almost 4 years. I knew I wanted to quit, but I couldn't do it on my own. I went for years before giving quitting another shot because I felt like I couldn't take another failed attempt. I found KTC and today I posted 1048 days. That sounds like a long time, but not nearly as long as I dipped. Just keep quitting one day at a time.
