Post by: DerrtyOne on January 07, 2020, 03:12:24 PM
Day 1 of no nicotine and Day 5 of no chew.  Am motivated to kick this addiction to the curb.

I also plan to post each day to be accountable to myself and any others going through the same thing.

Great job posting roll, now keep your word, wake up tomorrow, piss and post roll again.

There are many variations tp the WUPP process but that is the basic one.

Keep your word for that day, hour by hour, minute by minute, second by second if need be.

Don't worry about anything else other than today, tomorrow will take care of itself once we make our promise.

Drink lots of water, exchange digits and build some brotherhood.

You got this!!

@DerrtyOne (https://ktcforum.org/index.php?action=profile;u=16514)  sent you a personal message with digits. Exchanging digits is normal but only through personal messages and not on the forum or intro section. You can do it and we are here to help.

Do you and would you have the ability to help out with the SSOA/ tracking down the missing/ and/or roll flipping duties in your April 2020 quit group? Any help at all is much appreciated and goes along way when it comes to Brotherhood + Accountability. Thanks in advance!
