Title: Day 4 , new member , long time lurker
Post by: Kadoroberts on February 01, 2020, 07:36:56 AM
Title says it all. I’ve known about this site for years . Last week I got a bad cold and it was hard to smoke cigs or dip because it made me feel so shitty, so I only had a few a day as compared to maybe 7 cigarettes plus 3/4 of a can. Tuesday I was feeling  on the up and up and went to buy my can for work. Well, I made the decision not to. I made the decision to say FUCK COPENHAGEN. And fuck tobacco , and fuck nicotine. Like I saw another member say “no patches , no gum, no excuses” the time to take back my life is right now. Better days and a better life are ahead for me , and I can’t trade that away for a little temporary relief. I’m only on day four and this has been extremely hard , but strangely , not as hard as I was scared of. I want to stay vigilant and start participating in the website to help me stay accountable and fill the time . Thanks for the inspiration everybody , time to buckle down and take back my life and my health .

2 ingredients to make this successful for you:

1... Own it. No waffling. No looking back. Just own it and plow ahead. Freedom comes at a price and you’re going to have to pay it right up front but... it’s worth it.

2... Get involved. Stay involved. Period.

Get yourself on roll and rock this.
