Title: My introduction
Post by: DTBrown on March 02, 2020, 08:42:23 AM
Hey all,

I found KTC last year around July.  At that point I had been about 2 weeks off from any chew, and was feeling good about it.  Unfortunately I didn't go full on in and skimmed through this site without taking anything serious and introducing myself.  I eventually caved and fell right back into chewing again.  I come into today, my 2nd day off of the stuff, and I really want to go full in this time.  I need to quit for myself and for my family.  That being said, heres to going full in!  I appreciate all of your help in advance!

Thank you!

Welcome aboard.  I see you have posted roll today, and have spent a significant amount of time on this site today.  That is a great start.  If you want to be successful keep that energy going.  Wake up every morning, take a piss, and post your promise to be quit for the day (WUPP).  Exchange digits with your fellow quitters and reach out any time you need support.  Its a very simple formula, but don't get me wrong quitting is hard and you need to be ready for the ups and downs.
