Hey everyone,
I'm starting my second quit attempt today. I made it about 20 days last quit attempt in 2017. I've removed a ton of the stressors in my life and I'm ready to quit this time, for me. I calculated the amount I was spending on camel snus a week/month/year and was disgusted by how much money I'm literally throwing away. I started rolling jiu jitsu about a month ago as well and I want my body to be tip top shape.
Let's get it, for real.

@swen_quitter123 (https://ktcforum.org/index.php?action=profile;u=14007) , being Quit may look a lot different than you think. Get into January and post your promise. Keep your word. Do it again tomorrow.

Trust is earned, not given freely. You were in a badass group before and it sucks that you didn't stick with it. You'd be over a thousand days quit now. I've been there though and I get it. My advice is to get back to it, get very involved both inside and outside your group on KTC. Post daily. Humble yourself but also sack up and rise above. You can do this. One day at a time.

Whats up party people?
Still quit. Still WUPPing.
The first 100 days are over. Now onto the hard part. Just picked up our last rider on my months HOF Train. We're out of the lime light. Only thing we have no is our promise and each other.
Quit for life.
Day 112 quit with the Jan 2021 Fiends

Congrats to you and your Fiend family, @swen_quitter123 (https://ktcforum.org/index.php?action=profile;u=14007). Making it to that 100 day mark is a big deal. I'm glad you're real about it though. After 100 can be tougher than the days quitting up to it, for sure. Don't cheapen your word, brother, by calling it the "only" thing you have. Man, it's THE THING. It's the most valuable thing you have. You've offered it for 112 days in a row, and there's no "only" about that.
Damn proud to be quit with you, my Fiend.

ODAAT is usually my go to post after my day count.
The promise is small but the meaning is huge.
1 day. 24 hours. One day at a time.
This keeps me sane most of the time when I'm thinking how in the world am I going to manage quitting everyday for the rest of my life?
I couldn't do it. Some people might could, but I would get too overwhelmed about managing that.
Instead I just promise myself today. I can do 24 hours. Thats not hard. Anybody can do something for 1 day.
Then the next day rolls around and...I promise that day. That 24 hours.
