Can anyone else relate to the horrible fire burning across your chest because of this addiction?

I didn't have that type of heartburn but I had silent reflux that was confirmed by quitting. 98% healed now but your welcome to go and read my thread on it. Its a common thing to happen will chewing and after you quit. My nephew is going thru some serious chest heartburn and is in the first week of his quit and I told him its all about the diet so he will be changing plenty going forward. Wish you well and pray you get an handle on your heart burn. Are you quitting now and are you posting roll? I would suggest jumping in with both feet and taking control of your quit and have a huge amount of help to go along with it. What is your day count or what day did you last use? Time to be accountable and get on board. This site has the help you need as it has helped me for sure.

I went through bad heartburn days and weeks after my quit. It got so bad at times I wasn’t sure if it was a heart attack or not.  It’s much improved now!! Hope yours clears up soon. Definitely not a fun ride.

@Hoseman139 (https://ktcforum.org/index.php?action=profile;u=18579)  why don’t you start posting roll with the Jan 2021 group? Here is the link to get your freedom back https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16725.0 . We wake up, piss and post our promise to stay nicotine free for the day and then repeat the process the following day. Make some connections with fellow quitters as it is nice to have a shoulder to lean on during the hard times. Worry about quitting only for the day. We will deal with tomorrow when it gets here. You can do this and we are here to help.

@Hoseman139 (https://ktcforum.org/index.php?action=profile;u=18579) We didn't scare you off did we? There is no time better then the present to quit cold turkey. Just jump in with both feet and have at it and except what you get. Why was it so easy to start and so hard to stop? Except the fact that it will never be the right time to quit you just need to QUIT. We are here to help so why not embrace it!

He must because he went quiet. Hope he comes back for help though. We will still be here heartburn free, still quit and still helping.
