My quit day was Jan 14. It's my 8th nic free day just wrapping up. My brother just told me about this place and thought I'd join up. Lots of good info here, and I could use the support. Glad to be here.

Welcome to KTC, @railpilot (https://ktcforum.org/index.php?action=profile;u=19131), and congratulations on a solid week of quit. Get in the April 2021 Quit group here (https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16868.0) and post your promise to stay quit today.
Read all you can on the site, make connections with other quitters, drink plenty of water, and stay quit one day at a time. Private message me if you want to swap digits. Welcome to freedom from death dirt.

@railpilot (https://ktcforum.org/index.php?action=profile;u=19131) GS gave you the link to freedom. Use it. You will never regret quitting but you will always regret caving. Focus on quitting one day at a time. The light gets brighter and the quit gets easier. However, never forget we are addicts and a nicotine is our drug.

Great start blogging your new life. Keep it up. Writing out the craves is remarkably therapeutic. You edify those who read it as well and we all are strengthened in our quit, in our resolve to be better men. Glad you're here.
