Ive had some stops before an always cave but i plan on getting an staying quit this time. Dipping has recently caused me alot of health consequences an im done. Looks like I'll also be getting a gum graft soon. I know i was on here in 2014 for a short few hours but i wasnt ready then but i def am now. I kno i can do it. I have alot of family praying including my pastor so i def dont need to let them down. Just quit at 7:30am est. I won't be dipping today. I'm ready for freedom.
