Day 17. Little easier than yesterday. This site has helped and happy to be here. Seems like a supportive community.
I’ve been using Baccoff wintergreen pouches since my dip of choice was grizzly wintergreen pouches. They have helped. Day 1-4 was hell but I survived. I literally felt my body change..but for the better.
I’ve had a 15 year habit. Insane it’s been this long. I work in a corporate setting so I was always hiding my dip, worrying do I have enough for tomorrow/tonight? Couldn’t leave my house without making sure I had my dip. It was like I was consumed by it. I had enough.
Anyways. Cravings come and go but I take my fight 1 day at a time...I’m finally ready to kill the can.
Thanks all for reading.

Welcome to KTC, @LogSplitter (https://ktcforum.org/index.php?action=profile;u=19562). Nick gave you the key to freedom with the link to June 2021. Get over there if you haven't already and post your promise for today. Then don't dip. Tomorrow come back and do it again. It's a simple process here: WUPP and stay quit for 24 hours at a time. Today is the only day we concern ourselves with.
Drink water, exercise, find a new way to channel that energy. Fight the brain fog. Use the fake pouches if they help. I still use Teaza energy pouches (cinnamon helps my cravings best), and I'm almost 400 days quit. No shame in that. The only shame is caving after 17 days of freedom. Don't do that.
Get in the June group and swap digits with your fellow quitters through private messaging (only!). Having that lifeline adds another layer of accountability and brotherhood. That's the formula here: Accountability + Brotherhood = Success.
You want my digits, just shoot me a PM, but be sure to send me yours, too.
PTBQWY, my man.

Glad to see you here LogSplitter. You need my digits all you've got to do is ask. Your brothers are here to help any way we can!

Thanks for posting this. 17 days is really badass! It would be more badass if you jumped into your quit group and started posting roll every day and helping those folks out.
I quit with you today. Stranger999 day 2,031

@LogSplitter (https://ktcforum.org/index.php?action=profile;u=19562) I agree with Stranger and great to see you here and you have been provided the tools by many here already. My advice would be to use them and get it started today.
