Hey quitters

I dropped a new podcast episode tonight.

It came out of a debate I had with a public health advocate who argued that:

• the word “addict” is stigmatizing
• nicotine isn’t actually addictive

Needless to say… I strongly disagreed

I walked through the whole conversation and my thoughts on it.
