Today I am posting my pledge to remain quit for one more day.
A very simple statement, posted each day, promising to remain quit, was the key to me reaching 100 days. Without this site: the testimony of others, and the feeling of not being alone in battle I would not have made it this far.
My acceptance that I am addicted, will keep me coming back to this site, so I don't let my gaurd down. 100 days is a nice milestone, but it doesn't mean I am cured. My cravings are less intense, less frequent, and easier to shut down, but I still have them. I still have the dip dreams. So I will keep coming back.
