IÂ’ve made it 100 days! ItÂ’s a struggle at times, but IÂ’ve learned that itÂ’s a change in mindset to stay free from nicotine! ItÂ’s something you donÂ’t have to do, but your mind tells you to. It gets better each day so far. I appreciate the encouragement and Tony for texting me to let me know heÂ’s glad to see me posting every day. IÂ’m not much on putting stuff on here, but I make my posts and mind my own business. Thanks again for the support, and seek each day to keep the mindset on God first, family second and no nicotine!!
