My habit was a can of Copenhagen a day for 34 years. I quit February 1 officially after taking the month of January to taper down. The first week was pure hell of course but things have mellowed out quite a bit. I still have cravings but I find myself coming to this site and reading some of the stories just to find out my quit is normal as could be. All in all I feel great, I been exercising during my quit and that helps a ton. I quit drinking beer for the first 50 days and my support group is awesome. Thank you all for sharing your stories, they are a tremendous help for me and hopefully moving forward I can help someone else.

I think that's your group. These are the folks you reach 100 days with. It's also the place you promise to quit each day. This is how we turn a young quit into a life of freedom. Odaat.

Looking good Land.
Quick note.... Not a habit but an full blown nuclear addiction!
Addiction is for life.
You either obey by its rules.
Or you enjoy beating it down daily.
We kick its A#.....
We do it early.
And we do it EDD ODAAT.
Your an addict.
You belong here.
