Title: 9 days quit

hello everyone, I am a little late with the intro. My name is Rocco and I am 42 years old. Been dipping, smoking , dipping, for the past 25 years. I have been quit now for 9 days. Ive tried quitting before but this time feels different. I feel it is my
responsibilty to quit. I have to for me, my family, and my quit brothers. This time is different.

Welcome buddy! You've already made it past the first 3 days so now caving shouldn't be an option for you. Post in your quit group daily. Befriend others on this site and get some phone numbers to keep you from caving in. PM me if you'd like mine. I'll be your wing.

Welcome, this quit is only for you, and you only. Do it for others and you will fail. Be scared of us but don't quit for us.

I assume you are quitting all forms of nicotine and not just the dip?

definitely !! i tried quitting dip multiple times. Hooked myself on gum, cigars, etc.
Never realized until this site that its about the nic , not just the dip.

So yes. I am proud to say that i am quitting all forms of nicotine.
