I've been chewing since I was 18. I started with Redman / Levi Garrett and progressed to at least a can a day habit of Skoal Long Cut wintergreen for the last 22 years. I have a tin with one last dip in it. I will have that on my way home from work tonight and then I'm done. Hopefully with the help of this forum, for good this time. I've probably tried a dozen times before with no luck.
I'll also be picking up some teeth whiteners on the way home. Time to earn back a smile that I'm not ashamed to show! Look for my post in the August 2009 group later this evening!

Looking forward to seeing you in August... don't be like so many others and let that "quit date" slide past.
There will NEVER be an easy time to quit... get r done my friend.
