Title: Done chewin
Post by: eclipse1575 on August 06, 2010, 05:02:00 AM
My name is Franco and I have been chewin for the past 3 years of my life and finally, I am sick of looking in my mouth and wondering if this new sore is gonna be Cancer. No more for me. Im already 6 days in without chew but just decided to join the forum today. I picked up some Smokey Mountain at Walmart, it seems to be helping. I am so surprised at how close everyone seems to be on here and hopefully I will become a part of your community. :)

I'm gonna have to 2nd what Loot said. Welcome to our little piece of the internet. It's not much but we call it home. The only rules in this house are Post Roll and Keep you word. That's pretty much it. Not a bad deal eh?

Congrats on the near 1 week! That is HUGE! So you know what the fog and suck feel like by now. You've made it through the physical pain. Now, my friend, it is all a head game. That is where we come in. Read up! Knowledge is the greatest weapon against craves.

Congrats on finding the site Franco. More importantly, congrats on realizing you need the site. Most importantly CONGRATS for YOUR decision to quit. Welcome bro, you have found a HOME where you are welcome. I am on day 15 and this group is playing a major hand in my quit. We are here for you.
Read up on everything you can. I have a personal fondness for the stories found in the forum. You will find that you most likely relate closely to at least some of them. Draw from the stories. Draw from your quit group. Draw from YOUR strength and stay quit.
