The fact that Cope is even in the same list of things you love along with your wife and kids is sad. Sadder yet is you are not the first nor last to feel that way.
You don't love cope, how could you? It's poison in can that is trying to rule your life, kill you, and take you away from the things you claim to love MORE than your can. You can't love that shit. You addicted brain is telling you that, but it's not true, trust me.

it's day 2 and its been good. i worked all night with no issues. I hate cope. I really do. it's owned me for so long that I'm finally done. yeah, I've 'tried' before for reasons I didn't believe. im tired of the b.s. excuses i make just to add an extra week of turds in my mouth. its time to grow the hell up. day 3 here I come.

Hey fire, congrat's on day 2 that's a huge accomplishment. If you want to exponentially increase your "odds" of seeing another day dip free, you should go post roll. If you're serious about this, here are the steps:
1) Read the entire WELCOME CENTER (http://forum.killthecan.org/index.php?showforum=13). This explains why we do what we do.
2) Post roll HERE (http://forum.killthecan.org/index.php?showtopic=7445). Go ahead, screw it up. You get a couple day pass to learn how to do it properly.
3) Keep your damn word. Be a man of integrity. Get involved. Get other people's phone numbers.
4) Tomorrow, repeat all.
Roll call is the foundation of this site and thousands of quits. Do it first thing in the morning, be a man of integrity and keep your promise, then tomorrow repeat. We'll be looking for a roll call brother and congrat's on day 2!

Well my friend, you came back to visit your intro page. What a dumbass knowitall you were. Be proud to be a 100% quitter at 760 days quit. i have done right by staying quit. My wife, kids, and all the other things mentioned in the first intro ... Are proud of me and support me EDD. Tomorrow is just one more day. I am proud of myself. Finally.
