Title: Day 26

Day 26, can and half cope chewerfor 25 years. Minus the first four days of quit it's been going pretty well. I mean I've had shitty days but I'm proud of myself I made it a month. Till today had my first real bad day at work dip free craves and anxiety really intense as bad as the first few days almost caved but didn't and im proud of that hopefully tomorrow will be better.
