Graeme Welcome, this place is a great tool to stay quit. day 27 for me. Allot of help here, ask for it if you need it. Post roll everyday and Stay your ass quit.

Tell us more about you...not being nosy, just makes things more interesting. Or don't if you don't want to. But whatever you do, stay quit!!!

Take it one day at a time. "Yesterday + 1" is your new motto.
