Title: FLUSHING PARTY

NavyChief came over to my office and we had a Flushing Party (I truly thank you). Tomorrow is my official quit day and I'm looking forward to the future without dip. I have dipped for 31 years and even have had surgery do to years of abuse. I know this will be difficult but with support I know I can overcome FOR LIFE. I'm looking forward to chatting with all of you warriors.

You are Awesome!!!! Brave Mo-Fo who took the challenge to flush the can of dip sitting on your desk without even whining about it!!! I'm Grateful too because now I know in my heart I CAN'T QUIT on YOU Brother!!! We are Brothers as Chiefs AND as Quitters. Welcome to the Quit. You know you can lean on me.

Welcome to the site grateful. If in fact you had your flushing party, and have had your last dip...then you are quit and today is your day 1. Head over to Feb 08, post up and introduce youself.

Welcome Guys,

I also dipped for 30 years. But with this site and all my Quit Brothers and Sisters I am now Quit for 304 days today. You can do this we can Help!

Grateful, hope you didn't choke the s**tter with all of that cope. You've made a great decision and you have a live in person quit brother and roll model. You've also got all us in cyberspace to rely on as well. There is no way you can fail. I am 58 days quit and thought NO WAY in the beginning. There IS life after dip. Let me know if you need anything.

It was a fresh can kdip, but at least is wasn't a roll. Thanks for the encouragement.
