Been 7 years. I have pre cancer throughout my esophagus and will eventually have issues. Loosing my voice the past 2 years. I nearly tossed in the towel after being told I have heart disease. I chewed Copenhagen for 35 years and never spit once. I swallowed all that chew. Please don't chew real tobacco. If you must like me I use Smokey Mountain and it's great and I am tobacco free with no new symptoms. 'Remshot'

So Bob am I reading right, you've been quit for seven years? I also swallowed everything for over 4 decades. I quit 2 1/2 years ago after going in for a colonoscopy at 55 and I couldn't even make it through the cleanse without my Copenhagen. I was scared to death that all that shit going through my gut might have done. Tell us a little more about your story. How and why did you quit.
