Good Morning!
My name is Matthew and I am proud to begin my final quit. I work in emergency response and have been wasting my life, gums, and money for right around 6 years. Big hockey fan (Go Kings) from So. Cal. I'm here to quit for myself because chewing is ruining my quality of life by increasing my anxiety, adversely affecting my physical well being, and threatening the future security of my family. I look forward to getting to know many of you and I am truly thankful for a community such as this.

Lots of EMT / first responders around, so you should feel at home here.
Drink lots of water, exercise through craves, and read the words of wisdom, hall of fame speeches, and intros here. You can do this. We all quit for today.

Did you post roll yesterday because all I see in an edit? Busy holiday quit, what's the quit plan? Do you have other quitter's numbers?

great decision to quit...post roll and swap some digits with other quitters...make a plan for each day and stick to it....WUPP = wake up post promise or piss and post your choice but just get in here and make that promise each day and EARLY...you can do this just stay focused....
