Hello,
I'm new and glad I found this site. I have been dipping for 25 years and I haven't spit in 15. A can would last me four to five days. I hope doing this cold turkey is the right way because I feel like crap. Before I ask all kinds of questions I will browse the forum first. I'm sure I will find answers.
Thanks!

Rosco - if you haven't found it already, here's a great post on the main site that talks about KTC and how it works:
Here's How You Quit... Ball Is In Your Court Now (https://www.killthecan.org/heres-how-you-quit-ball-is-in-your-court-now/)
Yo've obviously gotten signed up here, so your next step is to head over to the August quit group (http://forum.killthecan.org/topic/30223454/) and post roll. That's your promise that you won't use nicotine for today. Posting roll is not too difficult - you will find instructions on the latest roll post in August - but if you'd like a walkthrough, there's a video about Posting Roll on KTC Kill the Can (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmDgTPJ6HyM).
Start today - post roll, then keep your promise. Then come back tomorrow and do it again, one day at a time.
