Hey everyone!
So yep, I'm new to this place. I wish I would have found this place earlier. When I first decided to quit and for the first week, I read all the info I could find (mostly on whyquit.com)wich is mostly for smokers. Killthecan.org just fits better.
I quit on March 10 2008 after somewhere around 15-18 years of dipping. You see , my memory is so bad, I don't really know when I started.....all I know is that I was a teen. (and I'm 33)
My dip of choice when I started was Kodiak wintergreen......later changing over to Grizzly wintergreen. Now it's Smokey Mountain Chew wintergreen. (I just ordered a can of Hooch to try)
The first few days were awful! Now, its tons better!!! Still a little foggy every now and then.......but to me, its a small price to pay to finally get rid of this crap!!
Just wanted to say hey to everyone!!

welcome to the rest of your life my man... you're already past the worst physical stuff (nic takes about 72 hours to get out of your body) but there's a TON more than you can learn from your HOF class (june 2008) -- head over and introduce yourself and post roll

As a 17 year Kodiak vet who is 41 days quit, you've made a great choice. Welcome and let me know if I can help.
