Hello Everyone. My Name is Bryan. I have been dipping now for about 2 1/2 years. It started awhile back when I played College Baseball. It was a substitute for smoking while I played. That was in 2001, but I have since started the habit back up.
Anyways, I absolutely want to quit and could use all the support I can get. It gets difficult for me to opperate sometimes. My eyes start to hurt, light headedness, etc etc.
I would love to meet some people on here and help each other quit. For good this time.

Welcome Bryan. You are making the absolute right decision to join, and be grateful that you're smart enough to think about this after only 2 1/2 years. I've chewed for 24 years, and I'd give almost anything to have those years back (and the $18,000-$20,000 or so I spent on the habit). This place is a valuable resource for you, and can tell you what to expect the next few days, and the next 100. PM me for my number if you need someone to talk to. Buckle up -- these first few days are quite a ride.
