Hello guys,
I'm not sure if I am doing this correctly or not, but today is my first day without nicotine, just hit the 24 hour mark. I dipped for 20 years or so, made some attempts to give it up in the past, without success, so I am now ready to really be done with it forever.
In the past I have mainly tried the patches/gum, but I'm going cold turkey this time and very excited about getting through the withdrawals, brain fog, etc. and getting to a life of dip-free living.
I would be in the October 2015 group, but I'm honestly not sure how to join the group, post roll call, etc, but I'm sure I will learn that over time.
Anyway, just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.
