So, I'm ready. I'm tired of having a sore mouth, dipping instead of eating, and not feeling like myself anymore. I started dipping to try to cope (no pun intended) with anxiety. It seemed to have help, but now I'm right back to my anxiety filled days. Sores, bumps, spots in my mouth, you name it and the anxiety associated with it goes through the roof. I've quit twice before and I'm ready to start fresh tomorrow! I'm ready to live my life the way it was before and I'm ready to stop taking 2 hour "shits" rather than spend that time with my family or girlfriend. I'm tired of living life in a can.. dirty fingers, bad breath, sore mouth, all that BS. I'm ready to live my life free, take control again, and get my life on track. Being 20, you'll probably think quitting will be a breeze for me. I've been dipping for almost 3 years everyday, almost a can a day here lately, so I'm just as addicted as the next guy. My trouble before was caving.. maybe I just didn't want it, I'm not sure. Now I want it more than ever! I want to wake up and eat breakfast instead of popping a dip in. I want to eat dinner and desert instead of dinner and a dip. I've lost a lot of motivation. I find myself locked in my room for hours at night dipping and being away from my family, (even though they know) just so they don't have to deal with it. That time is up, I'm ready to change. I'm ready to become a new man and transform my lifestyle. I'm talking a full life makeover. No pop, no dip, exercise more, trade the truck in for a Subaru, and live life to the fullest. I want to have a blog associated with my journey on YouTube as well so I can refer people to this site and give them inspiration to quit too! I just took out my last dip, the can is empty and I plan on giving the other four in my log away tomorrow at work! I was waiting for Cope mint, and it isn't as good as I remember, so it's not worth it anymore.. was it ever? NO! But I'm just now realizing that. I hope you guys can inspire me to stay on the right pace and keep up and I won't let you down! I'm ready for a new job, but who wants to hire someone who can keep their mouth empty? I'm just ready to kick the addiction.. Fuck nicotine and fuck tobacco! I'm done..

Join the pre HOF June 2016 quit group. Find instructions for posting roll in the thread. Post roll before you go to bed. That's your promise to quit for the day. Post roll every single day, as soon as you wake up. Then stay quit for the day, just as you've promised. Simple but not easy. But it works, one day at a time. Quit each day for the whole day.
I'm a 25 year addict. I've been quit for 55 days. I dipped 9 cans in 7 days. If I can do it, you can.

You know those 4 cans you have that you're going to give to friends? Flush that shit down the drain now. Don't wait, do it right now. No reason to keep them around for temptation. Why not give your friends that dip the link to this site instead of the cancerous cans of worm dirt?

I getcha man, and you're right. I've kept cans around in the past and go right back to them. They're downstairs right now and I'm about to head to bed. I'll ditch them out the door on my way to work tomorrow.

Oh tomorrow.....so many tomorrow's.....we have all had them. Tomorrow, on my birthday, as a present to my myself....tomorrow, on New Year's Day, starting the year off right.....tomorrow, now that I have a kid, so I can be around for them.......and now a new one, tomorrow, when I give the brand new unopened cans from my sleeve away to other's......come on man. It feels great right now because you think you have the determination, the plan, the balls......but unless you just jump on in, suck it up, flush it......and all of it.....you will be dipping tomorrow......and until all 4 cans of that roll are gone......because you are addict......and your addict brain will talk you into why the next tomorrow is the correct tomorrow. You will listen. It's what addicts do.
So, all I can tell you is right now is the right time. Do not give nicotine the power of tomorrow.

I threw the cans out the door this morning. I woke up at 10:45 and was supposed to be at work at 11. I guess my addict mind didn't want to wake up knowing I wouldn't get my fix. This is also the reason for not posting roll immediately this morning. I know its late, but it was with good reason. I'm proud to say I've been nic free today. It actually helped sleeping in today because I didn't even have time to get one in before I had to go to work. I basically woke up, jumped in my ruck and left.

My fucking internet has been off since late Thursday evening. I'm not sure if Time Warner didn't prepare for the 1/4" of snow or what. I'm here on day 4, ready to start day 5 in the morning.

So, has your internet been down for 5 days again? Nothing from you since the 19th.
You have one of the best tools at your disposal to ensure that you quit and stay that way and you're doing nothing with it.
