Good call to check out this place. It does get easier, but if you are anything like me, you are going to need some backup. It's way to easy to start justifying that "one dip. Just one, to finish off the can . . ." Read everything you can here, starting with the welcome center (salmon colored tab above). If you want to be quit, go to may and post roll.

You made the hard decision already -- to quit. Now stay quit.

Congrats on 3 days of quit. Those three days sucked, but you will never have to go through those three days again, unless give in to the nic-bitch.

Congratulations on being quit. Welcome to the May group. I am almost done with day 15. Have you had a chance to read through the welcome section and what to expect. The 1st few days ate hell, but we all fight the same symptoms. Trust me you are not alone and can do this. Stay strong and stay close to the group.
