An hour into day 1 and already feeling it. Quit for 3 months last year, here's to stopping for good this time!
Been chewing for nearly 7 years, a can a day for 5 of those years.

Keep it up man. I'm at about 36 hours without using nicotine. It sucks, my head hurts. But keep it up. Are you using a subsitute? I'm using a mint snuff. It helps with the physical habit of it. I tried mixing it with copenhagen once, but then decided just fuck it and go with it. Been using the straight mint and I like it better than chew. Still crave the nicotine, but I'm serious about quitting this time around.
I think using the mint subsitute and having this forum in my arsenal I'll kick the habit (or get my ass kicked by the vets on here)

I'm using beef jerky as the oral substitute. It worked pretty well last time, especially the kind that comes in the can, it felt like I had a tin in my pocket still. The hooch snuff also worked really well last time too, so I ordered a few cans of that.
We had a quote when I went through basic training to help time go a little bit faster. "Live meal to meal and Sunday to Sunday." Helps keep your mind focus on something a little more enjoyable. Hope it helps
