Hi everyone, figured I'd make an introduction while I'm working(procrastinating) on a paper late at night. I'm Colin, 18 years old, freshman engineering student at Stevens Tech in Hoboken, NJ, and I've been quit for 12 days now. I was only doing maybe 2-3 lips per day, but I've realized that it's something I really don't need in my life with all the stress I have from school and life in general. I had been dipping for around 6 months, so it's going to be a change, but it's going to have to be something that I get used to forever. Now could someone explain to me how I "post roll" so I can get started already?!

Congratulations on a badass decision. You're already past the worst of the physical withdrawals. It doesn't matter how long you dipped or how frequently, it's still a cancerous poison. It warms my tiny heart to see someone wise enough to quit at 18 years old. I wish I had been.
The key to success here is so simple a monkey could do it (and we all do, every day)
1. Post roll
2. Keep word
3. Repeat
That's all that's required. Bonus points for reading everything on the site and getting involved. I also strongly recommend swapping numbers with the guys in your quit group. It might seem strange and homo, but get over it. It takes the accountability up another notch, which helps your quit.
PM me of you have any questions or are still struggling with roll. I'll be happy to help in any way I can.

Congratulation's and welcome to the family. Quitting the bitch is the best decision you could ever make. Wish I had quit at 18 year's old but, I was a big pussy that always thought that I couldn't do that it would be to hard, that went on for 15 year's, well 77 day's ago I found this site and also found my courage. I haven't looked back since. This site is a life saver and I welcome you. Read, read and read more, keep seed's, gum, candy, tooth picks or some fake chew with you all the time for when those craving's hit hardest, drink a lot of water as well. If you need anything at all just pm me. I quit with you today.
