So this afternoon I've decided to quit. I started dipping in high school, all through my 4 years in the army and the last two years I've been out. I dip about two cans a day and I'm done with it. This is going to suck but if I made it through Afghanistan I can do this. Also I suck at grammar and spelling and I'm new to this whole blogging thing. But let's do this bring it on. My last dip was after lunch and I tossed the rest.

Congrats on the quit, YOU CAN DO THIS, we got your back, the BROTHERHOOD has your back. Exchange digits with your group it will help down the road.
I did and I thought, wow, why would a stranger, that doesn't even know me want to talk to me and he told me, "I know you, you are a brother, a son, a father fighting for control of an addiction" and that hit me deep.
They can help bro.
I quit with you today.
