Hey I am Benny33,
I have officially been free for 5 days as my last dip was 6/30/2017.
It is time for a change in my life to become healthier and to just not kill myself.
So far my biggest struggles are road trips and work. I started chewing in 2005 so for almost half of my life.
So to tell you about my addiction I was a heavy chewer mostly at work where I will go through 1 to 1.5 cans in a work day. Also, I feel that I am rambling on but I will end it here as 6/30 will be my last chew.

Good job on making it 5 days those are typically the worst days. But nicotine is relentless that is why this site works you dont focus on quitting for the rest of your life but quit one day at a time. You find your quit group that goes off of the day you quit. You post a promise to quit to that group every morning. You trade numbers with people build relationships that will help you and understand how hard it is to quit but know it can be done.
