Hey anyone reading this. I just finished day 3 and I'm ready and excited to be quit! I just stumbled upon this site and found the chat and also want to join a support group. It's been hard so far but now she's outta my system and it's time to improve my life. Encouragement is encouraged, thanks!

Posting roll is the most important thing you can do here. Do it early and often (everyday - no excuses), and keep your word! Glad to be quit with ya Greg, look forward to seeing you in October!
