Hello community..
Im a 25 year old who has been dipping since 16. I have made a few attempts to quit the past few years and have eventually caved in. I am currently 24 hours without nicotene in the system. I have purchased a couple tins of Jakes Mint Chew. I have been packing about a tin of Skoal mint a day for the past year. Finally realized that without it I could not function and was affecting me at work and my energy levels in general. Heres to kicking the habit once and for all.

Hi Rocky. We are nicotine addicts here. A habit is picking your nose. Dipping is a deadly addiction. Are you a nicotine addict?
-
Yup, this is an addiction not a habit. We don't attempt, try, hope..or any of that bullshit. We quit. You have never quit before you have stopped. Quit now, one day at a time, for the rest of your life.

Well maybe that was my first problem was thinking it was a "habit" and not an addiction.
