Title: Flirting with the Devil far to long
Post by: kdkk09 on November 30, 2015, 11:04:00 PM
I'm 51yrs old, starting dipping cope at age 11. As a kid growing up we all feel invencible. Nothing is going to own me. Looking back I have been owned for the better part of 40 yrs.

Welcome to the best thing you can do for you and your family. I am 60 and am 77 days quit. Started smoking in 6th grade and then switched to dip in college because smoking was hurting my rugby game. I have quit multiple times. This time I just decided this was it. I do not think about dipping or what I miss. I focus on anything but that. If you do not focus on it then it will not bother you as much. You have got this. Post roll call every day and help others who are working on their quit. You have this. I quit with you today.

Welcome! You didn't mention if or how long you have been quit. Most likely you belong in the March 16 group. Head over and post roll. Drink lots of water, chew gum, candy, seeds, fake stuff anything to keep the shit out of your mouth! Exercise a ton it will help get the nicotine out of your system. Wake up and repeat every day!
