Had my last chew at 11:30pm 12/31/2015. I've held strong and I'm motivated to quit. I've posted on the main page before that I've quit for 16 and 19 days before and then caved. I won't cave this time, but good hell this sucks and it's hard to be rational when I can't think straight and I feel this pounding, buzzing annoyance behind my eyes and on my forehead. It almost feels like my forehead is sunburned and the skin feels tight. Weird I know, but that's the best way I can describe it. I'll hang tough.

There are plenty of quitters going through the same symptoms you are. Head over to Pre-HOF April 2016 Quit Group (http://forum.killthecan.org/topic/11465559/184/) and introduce yourself. Then come back every morning and make that promise not to use nicotine that day. You have to take this one day at a time (ODAAT). There is a lot of help in here. I've stopped before in the past, only to fail, but these folks hold me accountable and I do the same to them. Feel Free to give me a shout if you need anything. I quit with you today.

What To Expect When You Quit Dipping (http://www.killthecan.org/your-quit/what-to-expect-when-you-quit-dipping/)
That page helped me along in the beginning. You'll see the familiar symptoms and you'll also see those in your quit group fighting alongside you.

Kenworth, I haven't heard anything from you yet over in April. What gives? Kick that can and come join the brotherhood!
