Sup y'all? My name is Dan 36 from CT. I began using dip 5 years ago only in the summer during softball season. But for the past 2 years I been doing it year round. I use General swedish snus.. But tomorrow is the end of the road for this crap. Can't stand having to be dependent on it.. LET'S GO!!

I've said tomorrow about a thousand times over the last 8 years. Got so sick of my addiction and dependency I just went cold turkey, and by the grace of God am 10 days without Cope. First 3 days were pure hell man, but those 3 days made me realize just how addicted to dip I am. Still having urges, but am holding out. I WILL BEAT THIS ADDICITION!!!!!!! Quit now man, quit now!

Cool! It may sound melodramatic, but you are in my prayers. I'm only 10 days in, and it got better for me after the first three days. Had a major craving today, but it's like all mental now, made it through the physical part so far. WE CAN DO THIS! God Bless!

Welcome to KTC dandago... if you're serious about quitting, you've definitely landed in the right spot. First of all, if you still have your can flush that shit! Get pissed at that nic whore and think of all the harm and bullshit that's come along with her and flush her down the shitter with rage. Then throw that fucking can in the trash with all the anger you have towards her (or stump the hell out of it first like I did). What a sense of freedom that was.
Post roll every day, start gathering numbers from fellow quitters to build your web of accountability and actually reach out to them (use those numbers). Also, listen to what the guys here have to say, this site - this program works! All you have to do is listen, follow what your taught, and don't put that poisonous whore in your mouth anymore.
Promise to keep the shit out of your mouth and stay quit a day at a time and I will quit with you. PM me if you need a # or anything.

Fellow CT resident here. Was that last dip you had tonight worth it? Are you glad that you had it? Well I certainly hope, for your sake, that that last dip you had tonight wasn't the one that caused cancer. Don't be so matter of fact or nonchalant; as you can probably already tell, when it comes to quitting we quit like fuck, every damn day. Remember that.
Do yourself a favor tomorrow morning, post roll in the August quit group and pledge your word that you will not use nicotine for that day. Be accountable to your quit group instead of simply being accountable to yourself. We may come across as a bunch of hard asses, but we all have a common goal...that is, we want you to quit nicotine. So join the cool crowd, post roll, and quit with us.
