Hello folks,
I am currently fighting the fog on day 3. Night is definitely the hardest but reading other's posts seems to help me. Eating is now something I dread doing because I know the thoughts will creep in my head to start again but I'm fighting it boys and girls! The fog is slowly lifting but the urges are still there.
I used to look forward to so many things like eating and video games, sports, etc but now I am scared of those things right now because I have cravings with all of them.

Sent you a PM (private message) with my contact info - check in the upper right hand corner of the screen for a link that says "Inbox".
Your next step is to get over to the September quit group, post roll, and make a promise for today that you won't use nicotine in any form
This link explains how that all works, and includes a link to a video showing you how to post roll: Here's How You Quit... Ball Is In Your Court Now (https://www.killthecan.org/heres-how-you-quit-ball-is-in-your-court-now/)
Looking forward to seeing you over in September. Dive in, commit to being quit, connect with other quitters and you'll be amazed at how quickly your life will change.
