This is my second day of quitting but my first day at work. Its Hell. I have chewed 5 packs of bubble gum and went to the gym in the morning and at lunch. Food doesn't even seem good to me b/c I can't have a dip after. I had to force myself to eat a protein shake. I may need a number from someone to text to. I gotta kick this thing.

It will get better, keep doing just what you are and you will be past the worst in no time at all. Welcome aboard. It's a good day to quit. You must refuse to be a statistic anymore. Once I realized the only way to quit and stay quit is if I accept the responsibility of controlling my own actions. A little can no longer controls my actions, thoughts, emotions, MY DESTINY. I DO! There is no going back from here or I am that statistic I refuse to be. You are in not only the fight of your life but the fight for it.

I'm 6 days quit, and 1 day on the forum. Just keep working at it. The worst is over in just 3 or 4 days. Be strong. You'll beat it!
