Hello,
My name is Matt and i was a dipper. a little over 11 years. I found KTC through a youtuber who quit dipping and i decided it was time for me to quit too. I have tried quitting multiple times before, but i was always quitting for someone else. A girl, parents, my brother, friends, it was never for me. This time i quit for me. And i hope with the support of KTC i can hang strong and tough it out. Thanks guys

Welcome Matt! Great job posting roll. Do that every morning and keep your promise. You made a great decision to join us. You can do this if you want it bad enough. Its really tough in the beginning, but if you hang in there you will see its totally worth it!

Welcome Matt. One thing take "hope" out of your quit vocabulary, just make it happen, your in control.
