After chewing the good part of a can last night at the bar I have had enough.! I am 23 yrs old and have been chewing since I was 14. I can't believe how much of a hold that shit has on me! So today I am going to start kicking this addiction in the ass before it really kicks mine. I know that this is going to suck like it has in the past but this time I plan to get all the tools and help I need!

Posting roll is the 1st tool! Make sure all your stash is "flushed" not thrown away "flushed"!! How many of us dug through the garbage to rescue a last dip. Zero nicotine, don't try just quit! One day at a time is all we ask. If you want to be free you can do it, just look around at how many addicts are doing it everyday. We were all that weak pussy at one point and doubted that we could do this but, shit we can and do! Pm me if ya need anything.
