So...last year around this time, I tried to quit...and after a couple of great months of checking in, I felt like I didn't need KTC anymore (after missing a few days of checking in)...and so I left.
I actually made it to my 100 days and well past...then my girlfriend broke up with me right in the middle of an otherwise really really stressful time last year...and bam...back to 1-2 cans a day. That was in March of this year.
I started back on the path to quitting (not just pausing like I had before) a few days ago, on Monday. This time around I've gone for Smokey Mountain herbal snuff, and that stuff is AWESOME.
So far so good, three days in.

I'm in your new quit group. Sent you a PM earlier.
You're going to get hammered, so you may as well prep for it. You owe answers to the Caver questions to Jan '17 and Jan '18.
Jan '18 has other cavers. Some have taken their lumps, gotten active, and integrated themselves with the group. Some have posted and ghosted and some have just flat out taunted people. It's your quit. I can't force you to do anything. I can offer advice. Take your lumps. Reflect and answer the questions honestly and completely. Become active in the group and make contacts. Jan '18 is a pretty incredible group of people and virtually all of us are highly committed to our quits. We'll back you if you're willing to dive in completely. Anything less than that won't be acceptable.

I agree youll need to answer there question. The main thing in my opinion is what are you going to do different this time cause if you do the same thing again you'll get the same result. We don't come here everyday cause of the easy days we come just In case it's one of the bad days. You have to go all in with this. You have to bond with some of the quitters, I need to bond with more of them. You need to be on here to help other quitters so your quit gets stronger. I've seen lots of quitters post and ghost not show up for days week and there is no unity like that. I quit with you
