Hey there fellas and ladies names Lewis quitting as we speak been on the patch a few days takin her off and going cold.

Great decision! I made the same one a little over a week ago. It was rough at first but it's getting better every day. Post roll every day and read the info and threads on this site. It'll keep you on track.

Well that is great that you are going cold turkey lewis. City will tell you that is hard but I done the same thing that you both done and am on day 105 now and feel great about it. There are great people on this site that will help you out if you ask. just pm dont be afraid if you need anything
