Hi guys,
I am a 21 year old college student who just decided today was going to be the day that I quit dipping Grizzly Wintergreen since the first time I tried it five years ago when I was sixteen in highschool. This is my first time in 5 years trying to quit and my family is behind me but I want accountability with experience! This is my goal before I go back up to football training camp for my senior year where I will be tempted and smothered and probably even repressured into starting again. I want to come a changed man and set an example for my other teammates who want to quit as well! I'm excited, as well as scared, to become a new man. Thanks.

Piece of advice with exprience - don't worry about football training camp. Focus on the immediate. One crave at a time. Deal with peer pressure and locker room glory when it comes. Welcome. Read all you can here.

Welcome Hewitt!
You got this man. It's not going to be easy, but the sooner you quit, the less painful it will be. I can relate to your situation because I just graduated from college. Our habit is nothing compared to those guys who have been using the worm dirt for 40+ years. Embrace the first couple of days, which will not be fun as the nicotine flushes out of your system. It's all up upstairs man, if you really want to quit, nothin can stop you. Welcome to the site. If you need anything let me know.

you got this brother.
once you make the decision to quit, it has to be a fucking final decision. there can be no going back for any reason. dip/nic makes nothing better. nothing.
post roll. keep your word as a man of honor. repeat tomorrow when tomorrow comes.
simple, but not easy. it's the road map to freedom, one day at a time. don't look at the distant horizon... look at the road beneath your feet and enjoy the journey because it is the last time you'll walk along that portion of the road.
the first three days SUCK balls. but it gets better. much better.
go post roll.

good luck man. stay busy keep your mind active.
