Title: Day 2
Post by: VedMan64 on August 05, 2012, 03:05:00 PM
Had a "friend" refer me to this site. Tonight at 10:30 it will be 48 hours since my last dip. Yesterday wasn't bad. Today, the cravings have started.
I am tired of sneaking around to get a dip. Have not dipped in front of my wife and 3 kids but this is a habit that started over 15 yrs ago. Tried to quit about 6-7 yrs ago. Quit one May but started back up in November of the same yr.

Welcome.

If your intention is to quit using nicotine, you found the right place. I see you have posted roll. Do you know what that means?

If not, poke around a bit. Vast amounts of information at your fingertips.

You can do this.

Good to see you here. I think you know who I am. I don't remember if I told you or not, but this place is a little "in your face" which we should be used to.
