Hey everyone. I'm 27 years old. I had my first dip at 14 Skoal wintergreen fine cut. Swallowed it by accident and got sick. Didn't touch the stuff again until I was 19 and in the Marine Corps. At that time I would buy a random can every week just to see what I liked. So I was at 1 can a week.
About a year later, driving 7 ton trucks I would get sleepy and the guy next to me told me to pop a dip in to wake me up. Since then I been stuck on Copenhagen wintergreen long cut. I've told myself I want to quit several times but the longest I survived the cravings was about 3 months max. Its always my go to for stressful situations in life like lack of sleep or arguing with my wife. I got a new baby on the way and would like to quit before she comes home. I've tried patches with no luck and I tried cold turkey.

I wanted to quit before my son was born....he's 14 now. There is never a good time to quit. It will always be better tomorrow or next week. Meanwhile, you come down with cancer or some other shit. Google Sean Marsee. This site is about accountability through brotherhood. You post roll everyday giving us your promise to stay quit. Take a look around and read some stories, then, if you are ready, post roll in the June 2015 group.

Why did you fail the other times? Can you learn from it? Or are you just gonna puss out and cave again?
You have a baby on the way, that's awesome. But guess what comes along with a new baby? A new boat load of shit that stresses you out. What are you going to then?
I suggest you pull your head out of your fucking ass and get serious about quitting and stop being a bitch boy and caving and then blaming it on other things. "My vaginal hurt, so I caved..." Whaaaaa. Man up, son!!!
Stick around here and build some accountability and jump in the fight with those who are fighting the same battle.
There's a lot of quit knowledge here...study it.
If you don't you can add, "I tried Ktc with no luck" to your loser tag line.
Up to you, sport.

Quitting is hard, and it sucks at first. Then after a week it is mind over matter - are you strong enough never to use a product that is killing you? A year ago I went on the patch to the chagrin of this site, and finally listened and ripped the band aid off 30 days later. Show me what a tool I was and go cold turkey today.

Look my friend! You may find what my brother wrote here as hard, he gives a damn or he wouldn't waste his time on someone he doesn't know! We're all addicts here and so are you! Get in here let us help you but most of all help yourself!

Where is this fucking guy? Another drive by quitter?
Probably sitting around spitting into a coke bottle or worse yet one of those pud jug things, thinking chew is relieving his stress.
What a tool.
