Some friendly advice Tommy, roll call is not an option, and over the 6 months I have been on the KTC I have seen many caves and MIA folks, most who thought roll call was an option. If you can't be near a computer, text a brother/sister that can get you posted up. You may think this is strict, but pick a 2014 post-HoF and look at their accountability spreadsheet, and see the caves/MIA section. It's full of folks who didn't post roll. 40% of any given month make it to HoF.

Day 4 was a bitch for me as well, it will get better I promise.

You have to own your quit. There is a process outlined by many successful quitters before you who are still quit. You want to quit? Follow the process. Wake up, piss, post roll. No excuses. This isn't a Monday through Friday quit. It's every damn day quit. Make that promise everyday. Right now you are going through the physical withdrawals- in my mind that was the easiest part of the quit- a constant reminder of how bad this shit is for you- I welcomed the symptoms. That is about ready to end for you- now it's about battling all the craves that the nic bitch is gong to through your way.

You can do this if you want it. You'll get a lot of great support and advice if you show you want it. If you don't want to buy in to the program and quit this won't be the site for you.

Quit hard and quit on. Don't fuck around. Post roll every damn day and be a man of your word.

PM me if you need some digits. I'll quit with you if you go all in.

When I first joined the site I thought a lot of the veterans were being douche bags, and they were judging me when they didn't know me. But here's the truth.....we are a bunch of douchebags, but we know how to quit. Don't get sore at what is being said, listen to it. If you post roll everyday, and believe that your roll post is a promise to thousands of quitters that you will stay quit today....the chances of you caving will be seriously diminished. The cavers use this site every once in a while. Don't fall in that trap. Then soon enough you too can be a douchebag to other new quitters.

Now to day 6. This still sucks but you cock suckers are really helping me stay true to my word, I have posted roll every day will continue to do so. I know it is one minute of one day at a time. Thanks for the support and being there. it does help.

Welcome dude.

little info just to clarify.

1. posting roll is Your word to yourself and your group that you will Not put the poison in your mouth Today. If you do this everyday that your feet hit the floor, you can "be quit".
If you do not "get" the importance of promising/giving your word for Today, then you will simply slither away to the poison again.
So you can either post roll everyday or simply Fuck off. The choice is yours. You gotta realllllllyyyyy want to be quit to "be quit".
Do or Do Not, There is No Try.

Wait until your first really good day (which should be soon). You'll never not want to post roll again. Glad you are still here!
