What's up guys, first day clean, third time trying to quit. Obviously since I'm here the first 2 trust didn't go so well. Figured I'd get some help, hopefully it'll work this time around. I'm still kind of confused on how things are done here so if anyone could explain it to me that'd be great.

Everything you need to know about ktc is listed there. Take advantage of the tools available here, reach out to your quit brothers exchange numbers, get into quit chat and post roll everyday FIRST THING!
We can help, but you have to want this quit. It ain't easy, its gonna suck, but we've all done it and so.can you.

Congrats on the decision. Here is the best part, you are surrounded by a bunch of people on here who have gone through everything that you are going through now. My best advice is to get on this site and read as much as possible...educate yourself about your quit, read other people's stories, post roll every day, and take your quit one day at a time! We promise each other every day that we will not use nicotine today...and we keep our word. That means no chew, cigarettes, cigars, nicotine gum, patches, etc...we are here to kick the nic bitch out!
You can absolutely do this and I am proud to be quit with you and glad you reached out and found this site.

Welcome to your quit! You can do this, KTC and all the fine folks here will help.
Scowick already gave you everything you need, just quit each day, post your pledge with your quit brothers. Reach you and help others, read.
